Holy Year of Mercy

The “Holy Year of Mercy” has come to an end but God’s mercy does not end.

With the prophet Micah we pray:

“Who is like you Lord,

who always pardons sin,

who delights in showing mercy?

Once more have pity on us,

put down our faults,

throw them to the bottom of the sea!

Grant us your love and your fidelity

as you have promised to our fathers,

in the name of love that you bear

towards your only Son, Jesus Christ,

our Saviour and our brother”

(cf. Micah 7:18-19)
